Start a Remote Session

Following a notification email

  • Please respond to that email and let us know that you are connecting to a remote session.
  • The notification email contains the ticket number in the subject line. Enter this number in the form below.
  • OR

    Requesting a remote session

  • Please email us at support@thedigitrustgroup.com and describe the reason for the remote session.
    If the remote session is urgent, please let us know.
  • Stand by for a response from the DigiTrust SOC.
    The response will include a ticket number starting with “TDG” in order to identify your session.

  • Once you receive confirmation to start the remote session:
  • Make sure you have Administrator priviliges on the computer.
  • Complete the following form and click to download the remote session application.
  • Run the application to connect the SOC team member and begin the remote session.
